Work with Delton

You know where the gaps are. Now let’s close them.

Every engagement starts with the same premise: your financial systems should serve your mission, not slow it down. Whether you need a focused workshop to align your team or ongoing fractional support to build systems that last, the work is practical and built around what your organization actually needs.

All workshops are available in-person or virtual. Every participant receives a copy of The Backoffice Blueprint.

The Five Pillars Checkup

Starting at $1,500

Half-day (3-4 hours) — on-site or virtual

A full walkthrough of the Five-Pillar Framework with your leadership team. We work through your Financial Health Assessment results together, identify your highest-priority gaps, and leave with a 30-day action list your team can actually use.

Good for: Board retreats, leadership offsites, or a staff development half-day. Best when your team has already taken the Financial Health Assessment.

Single Pillar Workshop

Starting at $750

2-3 hours — on-site or virtual

Focused work on one area: Foundations, Disbursements, Receipts, Reporting, or Implementation. You choose the pillar. We build or rebuild the systems in that area together.

Good for: Organizations that know exactly where the problem is and want to fix it efficiently.

Board Financial Literacy Session

Starting at $1,000

2 hours — in-person or virtual

Built specifically for board members. We cover how to read financial statements, what questions to ask your finance staff, how to recognize early warning signs, and what good financial governance looks like from the board’s seat.

Good for: Boards with new members, boards preparing for a governance review, or any board that wants to show up better prepared.
